Question 1

What documents does EximPulse extract?

Accepted Answer

Indian Customs Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills.

Question 2

Is our customs data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India, and isolated per organization. Independently audited infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001) and GDPR-ready processing agreements are described in the Data security section on this page.

Question 3

Do we need to change our CHA or ICEGATE filing process?

Accepted Answer

EximPulse is a customs intelligence operating system that works with the CHA and ICEGATE filing you already use. Keep filing as today while EximPulse extracts, validates, and organizes Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills into workspace intelligence, Excel/SFTP hand-off, and optional ULIP EGM enrichment.

Question 4

Can EximPulse fetch EGM details from ULIP?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when your organization is entitled and ULIP credentials are configured. EximPulse looks up LEO Date, EGM No, and EGM Date for Shipping Bills via DPIIT ULIP (ICEGATE/12), including Fetch EGM and scheduled sync when the platform switch is on — enriching your customs intelligence workspace while filing continues through your CHA or ICEGATE.

Question 5

Can we export to Excel or SFTP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Download consolidated Excel in the format your operations team needs, and optionally push files automatically to configured SFTP destinations. Teams often import those files into SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, Oracle, or other systems — EximPulse provides file hand-off, not native ERP API connectors.

Question 6

Can we white-label EximPulse as a partner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CHAs, consultants, and software vendors can offer EximPulse under their brand (custom domain, branding, partner portal). Onboarding is assisted by our team — email tech@eximpulse.in. There is no self-serve reseller signup, and we do not publish partner pricing on the website.

Question 7

Who is EximPulse for?

Accepted Answer

Importers, exporters, customs brokers, and in-house trade compliance teams that handle Indian BE and SB documents and need audit-ready data without manual re-entry.

Question 8

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account, invite your team, and upload a Bill of Entry or Shipping Bill. You can also configure email ingestion so documents arrive in the workspace on their own.

Question 9

How can we contact you?

Accepted Answer

Leave a question in the Contact us section, or email tech@eximpulse.in. We will reply to the address you provide.
